John Reith is a Staff Pathologist at the Cleveland Clinic specializing in musculoskeletal disorders. He is the Director of the Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology fellowship and a member of the Musculoskeletal Research Center.
Following residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Reith completed fellowships in Surgical Pathology (with an emphasis on soft tissue pathology) at the University of Michigan and Orthopedic Pathology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. He was briefly on the faculty at the University of Miami School of Medicine, and then spent 19 years at the University of Florida as the Director of the Unit of Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology and Director of Anatomic Pathology before moving to the Cleveland Clinic.
His main clinical and research interests focus on cartilage- and bone-forming neoplasms.
