Mark Scarborough, MD
Professor and chair of orthopedic surgery at the University of Florida. Dr. Scarborough joined the faculty at the University of Florida in 1991. He was recruited by William F. Enneking, MD, one of the fathers of orthopedic oncology. He practices in this tertiary referral center for orthopedic oncology, educates orthopedic oncology fellows and is active in clinical research. He has been the chair of the orthopedic surgery department at the University of Florida for about 10 years. He is the past president of the International Society of Limb Salvage. He has taught the “Enneking Musculoskeletal Pathology Course” for nearly 30 years. The course is taught twice yearly in Florida and has been given in 5 continents. This will be the seventh time the course has been taught in Australia. Dr. Scarborough is married to Kayser Enneking, MD, is the father of two, a recreational athlete, a college sports fan (go gators) and a mediocre golfer.
